I used the elliptical marque tool in Photoshop to create this.

 I used the airbrush eraser tool to help blend the extra appendages on me.

Dispersion Effect

I used this image of pepe, and used splatter brushes from the internet to create this masterpiece of mine. 

Zombify Yourself

I looked up "crackle" and used that image, while using the multiply tool on low opacity.  I used the blur tool too grey out my eyes and looked up "gaping wound" and put that on my face to further zombify myself.

I made Hayao Miyazaki photobomb this lovely picture of you and your companions. I found the image on your webpage.

I used the airbrush eraser to create the fading effect around each of he image to better blend all of it. The background is a flood of koi fish, as well as mushrooms and an eye pattern created by me. The skeleton in front is sitting on a mushroom.
